Electrostatic Precipitators
The electrostatic precipitator with its countless possible applications is to date the most economical method for the dedusting of gases. Firstly, it requires little energy compared to other systems and secondly, the maintenance and spare parts costs are very low. In addition, the lifespan of an electrostatic precipitator usually exceeds the upstream production equipment such as furnaces, boilers and mills.
Catalytic Gas Cleaning
Since 1988, ELEX has been supplying catalytic gas purification systems such as the Denox system. This can reduce NOx, dioxin and furan, hydrocarbons as well as ammonia to meet the world's most stringent standards. Best of all, no residues are produced that need to be disposed of.
Evaporative Coolers
Evaporative coolers are particularly used in the cement industry, but also in other industrial sectors. By injecting water, the flue gas temperature is reduced to the necessary level for electrostatic precipitator operation and other system components. The flue gas volume is reduced and the specific dust resistance is lowered.
Hybridfilter
Thanks to the synergy resulting from the combination of a practically maintenance-free electrostatic precipitator with a bag house; very low clean gas dust values can be achieved at low energy costs. Our concept is especially designed for the conversion of existing electrostatic precipitators, so the existing casing and the first field of electrostatic precipitators can be reused.
Bag Houses
ELEX hat sich auf den Umbau von bestehenden Elektrofiltern zu Schlauchfiltern spezialisiert. Schlauchfilter zeichnen sich bei kurzzeitigen Betriebsproblemen der Produktionsanlage durch ihre Unempfindlichkeit aus. ELEX bietet Reverse-Air-Filter und Pulse-Jet-Filter an. Dank unserer langjährigen Erfahrung, kann innerhalb kürzester Zeit ein Umbau der Filter realisiert.
Water Injection Systems
High outlet temperatures from clinker coolers can damage downstream installation. To prevent this, an ELEX water injection system can be installed. Due to the extremely compact installation, the ELEX water injection can also be installed in an already existing plant.
